Elastic Weft Yarn

Elastic weft yarn is used as the weft yarn of tyre cord fabric for radial tires. It consists of PA66 yarn as the core and wrapped with cotton. Elastic weft yarn provides very good thermal stability and mechanical deformation resistance during the process of dipping, heat setting and tire molding. It has the characteristic of high initial tensile strength, good elongation and heat resistance property after dipping and thus enables the fabric to remain stable.
